Rathinavani Community Radio 90.8 MHz was launched in May 2013 by the Rathinam Group of Institutions, Coimbatore, and stands as a pioneering platform dedicated to social service through the transformative power of voice and participation. It isGuided by the motto “A Voice for the Voiceless,” the station has grown into a hub of education, culture, awareness, and empowerment, reaching diverse audiences ranging from students to rural communities.

Behind every successful broadcast of Rathinavani Community Radio lies a passionate team of dedicated individuals united by a shared vision. At the helm is Station Director Dr J. Mahendran, a visionary leader who has been instrumental in defining the station’s mission and strengthening its impact on community development. Supporting him are faculty coordinators and media professionals who mentor student broadcasters and nurture the next generation of media practitioners. .
