In the “National Level Smart India Hackathon 2022 – Software Edition,” our final-year students from the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, known as TEAM – 12161 CTRL + INTELLIGENCE, achieved remarkable success. They emerged as the winners, securing the first prize and a cash reward of 1 Lakh.

The Department of Digital and Cyber Forensic Science (DCFS) is pleased to announce the success of our student team, “Black Society,” comprising M. Mohamed Thoufeeq, Hari Haran V, and Yugendhar. Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements (ARIIA) is an initiative of Ministry of Education (MoE), Govt. of India to systematically rank all major higher educational institutions (HEI) and universities in India on indicators related to “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development” amongst students and faculties. Based on the HEI contribution in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development, Higher Educational Institutions has been ranked in any one of the band – Excellent, Performer, Promising and Beginner. In the ARIIA Ranking 2021, around 3500 higher education institutions in India registered and participated. The result for the ARIIA Ranking 2021 was announced by MoE on 29-12-2021. In this ranking, Rathinam College of Art and Science has secured “EXCELLENT” ranking. Totally 96 HEI were announced as Excellent by the MoE, in this Rathinam College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore is the one and only arts and science college ranked as excellent.

Rathinavani Community Radio is awarded by India Book of Records for being the Radio Partner to reach out the stories for rural and non internet users to inspire for being women Entrepreneurs. It was achieved for the longest session of Women Entrepreneurship success stories on an audio chat application. It was another gem added to the crown of our Institution.
